Bulletproof Coffee Recipe

8 oz. of coffee (8 oz. o fwater + 2.5heaping tbsps. of fresh ground coffee)

1 Tsp. MCT Oil or coconut oil

1 TBSP. Grass-fed Butter or ghee

1 packet collagen peptides

Combine the brewed hot coffee, a teaspoon of MCT oil, and a tablespoon of grass-fed, unsalted butter or ghee in a blender to get a frothy, creamy mixture like that of a latte. If you just stir the butter and oil into the hot coffee, the oil won’t blend and will sit on the surface of the drink. Then drink up! Just remember, due to the calories and fat content, bulletproof coffee is intended to be your breakfast, not to be consumed in addition to your usual breakfast.

Who Am I?

I’m Stephanie, a queer Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area. I work with clients, in-person and virtually, to help address health imbalances caused by autoimmune diseases, hormonal issues, poor digestive health, stress, and grief.

I’ve dealt with my own digestive and hormonal issues for years. I know how horrible it feels to eat most foods and always end up gassy and bloated. I know what it’s like to be in the bathroom for hours out of the day. I know what it’s like to feel like someone is ripping out your insides once a month for seven days. I know what it’s like to have years of back acne and be horrified to wear a bathing suit. I deeply understand the frustration of dealing with doctors and never getting an answer. I came into this field for many reasons, including trying to understand how to address my own healing, but most of all, to help you gain the knowledge you need to find your path to optimal health.
